Note: we are currently running low on paci wipes and due to COVID delaying supplies lines all our usual supplies are completely out of stock, some orders may come without them for the time being (in this case you’ll get an extra free gift and alternate cleaning instructions). By purchasing now you’re agreeing you understand this.

Are you shipping orders?

Yes we are (every Monday as usual).

Will my order be delayed?

We are still shipping as normal so it will still ship from us at the same time but many parts of the US and the world are experiencing slower mail due to the pandemic so it is best to check with your local post office if this is something you’re worried about. Due to delays in USPS, we only offer DHL to most international locations now (we offer USPS still to the USA and Canada). We do NOT refund for delayed mailed (this includes holiday orders). Due to USPS defunding give your package a week to update as they sometimes aren’t scanning them in when they’re dropped off. By purchasing you are agreeing you understand the mail is slow right now. 

Note our shirts (which ship separately directly from the manufacturer) are delayed right now, check this table for delays.

Can you get it through the mail?

Currently both the CDC and the WHO say there is no evidence to support this. (Source) 

What precautions are you taking?

We have hand sanitizer, and masks for packaging orders. While NO team members have been in contact with any cases of COVID 19, we are still preforming temperature checks before work begins. We send cleaning instructions with each order and clean all products before shipment. Please still clean them when they arrive to you things can get dirty in the mail.
